Milk Bread (Extra Fluffy!)

Today, after being gone for such a long time I'm back! Hehe.
I am showing you how to make my Fluffy, Fail-proof Milk Bread that will blow your mind, not literally.
It is soft, tender, smooth, and rich, this homemade Milk Bread is really one of my favorites.
Since most of us don't have stand mixers, this recipe is very doable even without its use.
Actually when I am still starting, practicing, I always knead my dough by hand. You need to knead it for about 10 mins to really get that gluten forming.
Patience is also a must. Because you need to proof it for at least 60 mins before cooking it. With this, your dough will need to rise to get all the flavors it needs.
Even though it's hard, it is really worth it in the end.
Just mix all the dry ingredients first then the wet ones. And knead it until it became a dough.
