Crab Ragoon (super crispy!)

 Did you hear that CRUNCH?

These crispy and savory Crab Ragoon are super addicting and easy to make at home.

These ragoon is filled with creamy filling with the right saltness, tanginess, and fried till super crispy and golden brown - pair with sweet and chili sauce or spicy siracha mayo for the perfect meal.

If you don't wanna deep fry it, you can pop it in the oven or air fryer, and it will be just as delicious! 

It is easy to make these crispy and savory Crab Ragoons at home.

All you need are imitations crabs that can be bought at grocery stores, it's a little pricy but it is worth it. 

You will need cream cheese, mayo, salt, and soy sauce for the filling. 

And to assemble water and wonton wrappers are essential. Water is used to let the sides of the wanton wrapper stick together.

And fry it until crispy and golden brown. 


You can make it into different dumplings shapes that you want. But I did the easiest one.



 Ingredients: 


 10 (chopped) Imitation Crab sticks 
 1 cup Cream Cheese 
 1/4 cup Mayonaisse 
 2 tbsp Soy Sauce 
 1 tsp Salt 
 1 pack Wonton Wrapper 
 1/2 cup Water 
 Oil for frying
