Kimchi Fried Rice is really one of my on-the-go recipes to make when I' home alone.

With just a few simple steps, you can elevate your old white rice and make it into a different version of fried rice.

PLUS, if you have kimchi stored in your fridge for a while now, it's a great time to use it and make your meals more exciting.


The SECRET to a very vibrant RED-ORANGE kimchi fried rice is a tablespoon of gochujang or red chili paste.




 Ingredients: 

 1tbsp Butter 
 1 cup Kimchi 
 1 cup Rice 
 1tbsp gochujang 
 1 tbsp Sugar 
 Pinch of Salt
